Ongoing Learning

Our Leadership Exchange provides an ongoing, small-group coaching experience designed for 5-6 leaders. Unlike the short-term, immersive format of T-Groups, the Leadership Exchange offers a structured, high-impact space where leaders tackle real-world challenges, sharpen their decision-making, and gain strategic insights from peers.

Each Exchange brings together a thoughtfully curated group of leaders for guided discussions, real-time coaching, and structured peer consultation. Sessions focus on targeted leadership themes, such as navigating difficult conversations, building trust, and influencing without authority. Between meetings, participants set and work toward specific development goals—applying insights in real time and returning to reflect on their progress.

This format fosters deep trust, accountability, and continuous learning, allowing leaders to experiment with new approaches in a safe yet challenging environment. If you're looking for sustained leadership growth, peer-driven insight, and actionable strategies, the Leadership Exchange provides the structure and support to refine your approach and maximize your impact.

Experiential Training Groups

The T-Group experience, as taught in Interpersonal Dynamics courses at Chicago Booth and Stanford GSB, is a highly immersive, experiential process designed to enhance self-awareness and interpersonal effectiveness. Over the course of 2 to 4 days, approximately 12 participants engage in a facilitator-led group, exploring how they interact with others and how others perceive them—all in real-time.

At the outset, participants identify personal goals for the experience, such as improving communication skills, understanding their impact on others, or building stronger, more trusting relationships. These goals guide the process as the group navigates unstructured, real-time interactions. There’s no fixed agenda; instead, the focus is on the here-and-now dynamics of the group.

Throughout the experience, participants receive direct feedback, share honest reactions, and experiment with new ways of engaging in a safe yet challenging environment. This process pushes individuals to confront blind spots, examine interpersonal patterns, and gain deeper insights into their leadership style.

By engaging in this intensive and deeply personal process, participants develop greater emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability—essential qualities for effective leadership. The insights gained from T-Groups translate into more impactful relationships, both professionally and personally, fostering authentic connection and lasting transformation.
